Antelope Point Slip

Due to popular demand for fractional ownership luxury houseboats, HBLP added a second 2008 boat. The Kohala Kai is our new houseboat measuring 18x75. It is a slip boat at Antelope Point.

The Kohala Kai houseboat will be limited to 8 owners. Each owner will receive three weeks per year, one prime summer week and two off-season weeks.

All Owners may permanently reserve one "off week." All spring and fall weeks not permanently reserved or reserved but not used, will be available for reservation on a first come first serve basis, based upon receipt of payment for annual operating expenses.

While other Lake Powell houseboat companies charge for their Spring and Fall weeks, we continue to give away off-season weeks FREE.

There is an annual timeshare maintenance fee of $3,000 due January 1st.

The Hapuna Prince houseboat will be limited to 10 owners. Each owner will receive three weeks per year, one prime summer week and two off-season weeks.
