We have a top of the line 22x75' Spruce Goose upgraded houseboat with all the bells and whistles plus, time saving guest services.

The Spruce Goose houseboat will be limited to 8 owners. Each owner will receive three weeks per year, one prime summer week and two off-season weeks.

While other Lake Powell houseboat companies charge for their Spring and Fall weeks, we continue to give away off-season weeks FREE. We want to be your #1 source for vacations and Lake Powell boats.

There is an annual maintenance fee of $5,000 due January First.
